Deleting an App

Learn how to delete an app you no longer need from your mobile phone, so you can free up space on your device.

Go to the list of all apps
Swipe your finger upward (swipe up) on the home screen to see the list of all your apps. Important: If you are not on the page with all your apps, but do the same on the home screen, the phone will simply remove the app’s icon from the home pages, without actually deleting it.
Locate the app and long-press it
Find the app you want to delete and press and hold on it until a menu appears.
Select the trash icon
Tap the trash can (delete) icon.
Confirm your choice
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
