Steps for Android

  1. Open Quick Settings

Swipe your finger from the top right corner of the screen downward to open the quick settings panel.
  2. Screen brightness

Swipe upward for a brighter screen (useful outdoors, in the sun) or downward for a darker screen (useful at night, and saves battery).
  3. Volume

Swipe your finger upward on it for louder sound, or downward for quieter — it controls the sound for calls, videos, and notifications.
  4. Camera

Immediately opens the Camera app, without needing to search for its icon.
  5. Wi-Fi

Turns on or off the connection to a wireless internet network, at your home or wherever else you are.
  6. Airplane Mode

Temporarily disables all connections: calls, messages, Wi-Fi, and data. Usually used on an airplane, when requested.
  7. Silent Mode

Mutes call and message sounds, without deleting them.
  8. Flashlight

Turns on the camera flash as a flashlight so you have light.
