Learn how to take a new photo with your phone and send it straight away through Messenger.

Steps for Android

  1. Find Messenger

    Swipe through the Home Screen to find Messenger.

  2. Open the app

    Tap the Messenger app icon.

  3. Tap the button at the top-right

    Tap the button at the top-right to find the contact you want.

  4. Open the chat

    Tap the person’s name to open your chat.

  5. Select “Camera”

    Tap Camera to take a new photo.

  6. Take the photo

    Take the photo you want to send by tapping the white circle once.

  7. Send the photo

    Tap the button that says “Send” to send the photo.

  8. Your photo has been sent!

    Congrats, your photo has been sent!
