How to get your payment receipt

Once you have completed your payment, you can open or save your receipt. Follow the steps below and keep the receipt until you confirm that the payment appears on your account.

  1. Find the receipt option

    After completing your payment, look for “Payment Receipt”, “Download” or “Print”.

  2. Open or save your receipt

    Tap the corresponding option to open or save the receipt on your phone. You can also send it to your email address.

  3. Keep your receipt

    Keep the receipt until you confirm that the payment appears on your account.
