How to find your referrals and prescriptions
Through the GeSY Beneficiary Portal, you can view your active referrals and their details. Follow the steps below to find them in your account.

Once you have logged in to the Beneficiary Portal:
Open the menu
Tap the three-line icon at the top left of the screen. Select “Beneficiary Record”
In the menu, tap “Beneficiary Record”. Find the available referrals
On your record page, swipe up until the available referrals section appears. Open the available referrals
Tap the available referrals section to see referrals, prescriptions and other related options. View the section’s options
Swipe up to see the contents of the available referrals section. View your referrals
Under “Referrals”, swipe up to read the details of your referrals. Select “Prescriptions”
Tap “Prescriptions”, below “Referrals”. View your prescriptions
Swipe up to see the prescription details, such as its type, status and dates.
